Future Champions/Novice - same as above with emphasis on competitive progression dives & skills. Three month minimum commitment.

GOLD TEAM - Jr Olympic competitive yearly commitment - Sep - Aug - must attend minimum amount of practices to attend meets

We average a meet a month! We compete both AAU & USA Diving for your wider exposure and recognition. College coaches attend competitions! We have divers go on to such major institutions of higher learning as Yale, Dartmouth, Notre Dame, Michigan, Pitt, Miami, NC, FAU, Davidson..to name a few :)
