Elle Holy Trinity Senior, was on fire as she dominated and finished her high school career with a flare 🔥 Onward  & Upward in the Fall of 2023 as she continues her journey at Davidson College. We are sooo proud of our twisting & affable dynamo! Go Elle

 Junior Elle Jacobsen-Trinity HS  &  Freshman Eliza Hicks' -West Shore HS, dazzled the house with great twisting and cool performances at this years Class 1A Girls States. BOTH were consistent, smooth & efficient. They showed everyone how to be cool, hot & competitive at the same time. They also showed 'em how to twist! Great job for this dynamic duo!

'Golden" Memories!

Trinity McNall saved her best for last, at the AAU Nationals and performed her best big-girl dive list evaaah. Her tenacious approach to diving & personal improvement will enable her to reach great heights on her journey.. Her leadership  and her warm, compassionate &  sharing nature, coupled with a great sense of humor, greatly enriched her teammates and the team!  

Onward & Upward to this remarkable young lady. 

The future of UNC Wilmington Diving looks bright!

December 14-15  - Only four OZD Divers - 8 events - 2 AAU Nationals-qualifying performances - 2 Golds - 3 Silver - 3 Bronze.  Not too shabby guys!

July 8-10-12-13 The boys are back. OZD welcomed back Sebastian High Jr James Lindseth...and the flying Dutchmen - Lucas & Benjamin Smit. The new dives flowed, they honed their skills, while Eliza Hicks lead the way! New to the scene, Maya, Kyley & Autumn learned 5111a's & improved their skills by a plethora of drills & tests-all tried new dives and techniques.

We covered:  a) the rip entry; b) forward spinning; c) backward & reverse spinning; d) twisting technique e) body alignment f) competitive strategies; g) mental prep for high school competitions & beyond-Your Championship pace; h) the importance of goal setting and more.  Come join us!
